If you decide the service is not an easy and effective way to manage your credit and protect your identity, just call customer service to cancel before the end of the trial period and you won't be charged an additional membership fee.
If you do decide to continue after the trial period, the membership fee will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card you used to enroll in the program. You will not be charged until your trial period has ended.

Does using this web site lower my credit score?
No. Paying for your credit report and score here will not lower your credit score. We provide what is called a “soft” credit pull and it never counts as a "credit inquiry."
How do I get started after I sign up for an account?
After you complete the enrollment process, which should take just a minute or two, you will be directed to your online member dashboard. From there, you can easily navigate between the different features including your credit report, credit score and alerts.
You will also receive a welcome email that contains your logon credentials and other important information about your membership. Check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
What should I do if I never received a welcome email?
You should be sent a welcome email within 8 hours of enrollment. If you have not received your email in that time frame, please check your spam folder. Sometimes the email is flagged as spam. Please be sure to tag the welcome email as “Not Spam” if possible.
